A project with the Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission (ASRLM) under the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD). NEATEHUB will incubate 250 women-led enterprises from across Assam over the next three years - with grants, competitions, and credit connections behind them.

Enterprise Incubation Phase II is a partnership between NEATEHUB and the Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission (ASRLM), under the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD).
Build and strengthen 250 women-led enterprises across Assam over three years - helping women move from Self Help Group livelihoods to running real, growing businesses.
Women entrepreneurs who are members of a Self Help Group, anywhere in Assam, with a valid LOKOS code. Any enterprise qualifies except pure trading and farming.
Apply on the Asomi Incubation platform → get selected → NEATEHUB incubates you with mentorship and business support → access grants, competitions, and credit linkages.
We run the incubation end-to-end - screening, hands-on mentoring, market linkage, and connecting each enterprise to the banks, FPOs, and partners it needs to grow.

- Excludes
Pure trading and farming
Straightforward trading (buy-and-sell) and primary farming aren't eligible under this program. Almost everything else - manufacturing, processing, services, crafts - is.
Grants, incubation, and a way to credit.
This isn't just funding. Selected enterprises are incubated by NEATEHUB and connected to a whole ecosystem - banks, FPOs, and partners - brought together to help them grow.

Pitch competitions and innovation challenges, with recognition and prizes along the way.
